1. Description of Service
Knight Vision Studios provides a service that includes, but is not limited to, information about our television and film productions (such as “Endgame”), news, media content, and opportunities to submit information for casting calls and other related programs (the “Service”).
2. Eligibility and User Conduct
You must be at least 18 years of age to submit information for a casting call or create an account with us. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
As a condition of use, you agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, including but not limited to:
- Engaging in any activity that could disable, damage, or impair the Service.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Uploading or transmitting any viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
- Impersonating any person or entity.
- Submitting false or misleading information.
3. Casting Calls and User Submissions
Our Service may allow you to submit applications, photographs, videos, information, and other materials (“User Submissions”) for consideration in our productions.
By making a User Submission, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your submission is voluntary and does not create any confidential, fiduciary, or other special relationship between you and Knight Vision Studios.
- Your submission does not guarantee you will be contacted, auditioned, or cast for any production.
- You are solely responsible for your User Submission and the consequences of posting or publishing it.
- You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to your User Submission.
- You grant Knight Vision Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Submission in connection with the Service and our business, including for purposes of promoting our productions.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video clips, and software, is the property of Knight Vision Studios or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our express prior written permission.
5. Copyright Policy (DMCA)
Knight Vision Studios respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Effective Date” at the top.
